Tuesday 10: Favorite Red Wines from My Cellar

February is Heart Awareness Month and drinking red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy. Antioxidants are found in red wine and may help prevent heart disease by increasing levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (the “good” cholesterol) and protecting against artery damage.

Here is my list of favorite California red wines, so good you will live to be 100 (or at the very least really enjoy life along the way):Red_Wine_Glass
